    Paul started in print media at VNU Business Communications and joined DoubleClick as one of its founder employees in 1997. After five years with the company Paul moved on to work at 365 Media Group as Commercial Director where he built their media network. Paul joined Tacoda in August 2006 as UK MD and set up their first international office. Just prior to the takeover of Tacoda by AOL, Paul moved to join NebuAd as UK MD in November 2008 before founding Crimtan in September 2009.

    Yuri started his career in advertising in 2007, joining the research team at Nebuad. Yuri worked with big data, using his academic expertise in experimental design to develop new algorithms. Two years later Yuri joined Red Aril as head of ad operations, helping the company build a team of traffickers and analysts. Yuri formally took the role of Head of Technology in March, 2013. Yuri holds a PHD in Statistics from Saint Petersburg State University.

    Neil has over 30 years of media experience and has held senior positions with Haymarket Publishing, The Washington Post Group and Aegis plc. In 1997 Neil acquired his own media buying agency which bought media in over 150 countries around the world and which was subsequently acquired by Aegis. Post-acquisition, Neil has acted as a board consultant to a number of media businesses, including Crimtan. Neil joined Crimtan in February 2014.

    After public practice and some time in music and media finance, Ari has worked with fast growth start-ups for the last ten years. His experience has been gained mostly in seeing tech and retail companies through to exit – starting with Primelocation.com in 2006 where he was the head of finance. Ari joined Crimtan in October 2016.

    Rob has over 12 years of ad tech expertise gained from working with some of the world’s largest advertisers, most recently as Data and Technology Director at MediaCom. Rob is a regular speaker on the conference circuit and contributor to the advertising media. Prior to MediaCom Webster’s career included senior roles in data and ad tech at Unique Digital, Tacoda and Yahoo. At Crimtan, Rob has a global CSO role with particular emphasis on the APAC region.

    A media veteran, Tony started his career in music and IT publishing before moving into online advertising to help set up AD2ONE in 2001. He then worked as a marketing consultant for five years, specialising in digital media. After working with Tacoda to establish the UK’s first behavioural advertising network in 2007, Tony joined NebuAd UK as Commercial Director before taking up his current position at Crimtan.

    Miroslav Steinbach

    Miroslav spent 14 years working in financial and country management in the Czech market for Young & Rubicam before spending 6 years as a head of Y&R’s CEE operations. In 2006 he started his own business in Prague, specialising in developing customer loyalty and retention programs for companies in the energy, airline and telco sectors. In 2009 he took on Crimtan’s license for the Czech and Slovak Markets. One year later he became responsible for developing the Crimtan network across the entire CEE region.

    Ian has founded and run a number of independent creative agencies and has also worked in client side media and marketing roles. He was Managing Director of Black Cat which was acquired by JWT and subsequently joined Betfair as Marketing Director. His next project, Wand Agency, was merged into Golley Slater London where he was CEO with international network responsibility before joining Crimtan in 2015.

    Ollie has over 12 years’ experience in the media industry spanning TV, Outdoor and Digital advertising. He spent three years at News UK where he worked across all their digital products and helped launch their mobile and tablet apps. Oliver has been at Crimtan for 2 years and was promoted from Group Head of Sales to UK MD in October 2015.

    Daniel opened Crimtan’s Dublin office in May 2010. Previously, Daniel worked with Mediaworks, The Network and Mindshare, before moving to hold a number of senior sales positions within the Irish media. These included Advertising Director at Image Publications and Advertising Manager at the Sunday Tribune Newspaper. With over 18 years’ experience in the industry, Daniel has built many strong relationships and an in-depth understanding of all aspects of advertising in Ireland.

    After three years in Australian media, Tara left News Corp to join Crimtan UK in October 2010. Tara rose to become Account Director at Crimtan before moving back to Australia to open Crimtan’s Australia office in May 2014.

    Terence has spent his whole career in performance display marketing having started with UK publisher, Haymarket’s automotive digital properties. He moved to become one of the first digital sales managers at the Daily Mail. After joining Crimtan in 2013, Terence was promoted from sales manager to key account director before opening our MENA office in January 2015.
