But while we’re here. Here was the brief: PPG wanted to elevate awareness, drive growth and increase ROI across North America, South America and Canada. Focusing on their core product, Plaza Premium Lounge, the leading international brand wanted to target the family, business, luxury, economy, health and value-seeking markets.

Through our ArchiTECH platform, a single tech stack that integrates DSP, DMP and DCO, variations of the campaign copy, creative and CTA were pulled dynamically from a data feed and populated in real-time according to the traveller’s persona, intent, and nearest airport lounge location, tailoring the ads to the individual segments at any given time. And the results spoke for themselves:

  • The campaign achieved a positive ROI of 2.4 for Plaza Premium Lounge.
  • New customer rates grew 37% in the first month of the campaign.
  • The highest new customer rate in any campaign month was an exceptional 187% in the US market.

Following the success of the test campaign, PPG have since appointed Crimtan to promote further products, such as their Aerotel airport hotels and Allways airport meet and assist services, targeting the global market with multi-language campaigns.
