Programmatic Sales Executive


Crimtan is looking for a hard working and competitive Programmatic Sales Executive to help support the development of our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining client satisfaction. You will assist in the promotion of Crimtan products and services to clients and negotiate contracts to maximise profits.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to develop their career and be a key member of Crimtan’s growing AU team.



  • Assist the Sales Director and Sales Managers in developing tailored data-driven solutions for our clients.
  • Research key target market verticals and support the marketing team in developing relevant sales material.
  • Attend client meetings with sales team and manage follow-up actions.
  • Build sales presentations within PowerPoint .
  • Assist in the management of the sales team’s pipeline through our CRM system.
  • Work to monthly sales and revenue targets set by the sales manager.
  • Create invoices and send out to clients following a sale.
  • Update the CRM system with information on potential clients.
  • Communicate with past customers and cross-sell additional Crimtan products.
  • Investigate and resolve client queries.
  • Work with the creative solutions team to ensure all materials, assets and resources are in place to deliver the solution.



  • 1-2 years in Digital Media.
  • Demonstrable collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills is mandatory for this position.

Crimtan is looking for an experienced individual to develop a professional and holistic business development strategy to deliver the business objectives in the MENA area. They would lead and inspire the senior business team associates in the delivery of this strategy while supporting the enterprise’s external as well as internal growth initiatives.


Responsibilities include the following:

  • Understand and promote Crimtan MENA credentials to prospects, clients and company personnel
  • Develop and deliver the overall business development strategy to pro-actively engage with prospects

Crimtan is looking to expand the sales team with talented individuals with one to four year’s experience. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of online media and be a self-starter with a “can do” attitude who is good on the phones.


Responsibilities include the following:

  • Identify and evaluate advertisers with potential to benefit from Crimtan’s offering across key verticals
  • Shadow other members of the commercial team for personal development
  • Plan and manage the sales pipeline aligned to the UK development strategy
  • Participation in industry trade events and other marketing initiatives


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Business Development/ Sales Management in display advertising or performance marketing sectors (Agency, Affiliate, Display, etc.)
  • A good understanding of the online media and performance marketing industry
  • The ideal candidate will have sold to either directly to advertisers or digital agencies and will have a good network
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success
