Gender Equality Pledge
Crimtan is committed to building an environment of equality, respect and opportunity for everyone. We actively promote diversity, champion inclusion, and strive for gender balance in our workplace (and beyond).
Equal Pay
We have established job banding for all positions, enabling us to assess pay equity solely based on roles and skills, regardless of gender. Our HR team is also engaged in providing transparency around the Gender Pay Gap, and reporting back on this.
Training & Development
We invest in continuous learning and development opportunities to equip all employees with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Plus, we have also introduced training packages for employees covering topics such as Equity, Equality & Diversity, Discrimination & Harassment and Being Inclusive.
Recruitment
We are engaged in the “Women in Programmatic” community on LinkedIn, and our focus for 2024 revolves around actively recruiting to foster gender balance within Crimtan.
Good Things Foundation
Crimtan supports the Good Things Foundation, a charity which focuses on digital inclusion through education.
Supporting Families
Every family is valued and supported. All new parents are given enhanced family leave (after a qualifying period) with all pathways to parenthood supported.
Buddy Scheme
To ensure Crimtan is a supportive place to work, we have implemented our popular Buddy Scheme. New starters are paired with a work buddy to help them settle in, answer any questions and make sure they are fully supported in their first few months.
Engagement Team
Our engagement team has representatives from all our offices across the globe who champion our initiatives and organise company social events. They help us to stay engaged with our employees and provide insights into employee sentiment.
